Hi! I started my weight loss on Oct. 1 when I purchased my first fitbit zip. I just started MFP 3 days ago and have been log gin in each day. Right now I'm into this and working very hard at staying on track. I am 63 and over the years have packed on 75 additional lbs. Actually 100 lbs for people who knew me when I was young LOL, however I will be at a good weight. I have some difficulty with back pain and I have bad knees and feet. I am though walking each day since I got my fitbit and logging a min of 10,000 steps a day. I'm not a fast walker by any means but I'm moving. My mind is still young but not my body. I would like my body to well...get fit again . I love to be outdoors working in the garden or walking with my dogs. Right now I am totally into this but I know from my past diets they loose their sparkle as time goes on. Anyway anyone want to buddy up with me I sure could use some motivation to keep going.

I also have a fitbit and set my goal for 15,000 steps. Most times I am successful. You can add me as friend. BTW my calendar age is 54 but my mind still thinks it's 21. ;)

I have just seen your reply 2 years later. LOL. Well I am back on myfitnesspal, have restarted my diet, using nutrisystem this time to h help me with portion control. Not sure if you are still here but I think I may have seen some posts as I am scrolling through. Still have my zip but will upgrade soon. Arthritis took me over but I'm working on getting it (well me) back.

Hi! I'm pretty much in the same place you are. I was on here 2 years ago and doing great, then I dropped off and packed on 50 lbs. :( But I'm back, as of Monday, and I'm also doing Nutrisystem. I'd love to have you on my friends list to help each other stay on track!
