Hello everybody:)

I have used this app on and off for quite some time and it is an excellent tool. My weight has gone up and down over the years and I have never really been socially active on the site. I'm 6'4 with a current weight of 296 pounds. My goal has always been to reach my weight in my late teens of 225 pounds. I have gotten down to the upper 240's a couple of times but always get off track and gain the weight back.

Today I'm making a stand to finish what I begin and keep it off! I'm going to use this fantastic app to help get me there! Hello everybody my name is Scott and it's nice to meet you all. Let's get serious change our habits exercise and become the "brick sh*thouse" that the good Lord intended us to be:)
