Hey everyone! :)

I have been looking into my sugar levels recently to see if they have to do with these dizzy spells I get when I stand up. They have been going on for a few months now.

My sugar levels are all over the place, some days I get more, some days less. I am wondering what is a normal amount of sugar per day? MFP suggests about 70ish. While when I read up, it is suggested that women only get 25 grams.

I have already looked into my sodium, and tried to increase it if it is low blood pressure but that seems to make no difference. I have noticed that days that I eat more fruit, it seems like I do not get dizzy spells and I feel like I have more energy.

Any ideas?

I feel the amount of sugar you should consume a day varies from person to person. If you are getting dizzy spells and it is sugar related, you should be limiting your sugar and not increasing it. Again that's only if you are sure you are, in fact, suffering from something sugar related.

I would definitely ask a doctor about the dizzy spells rather than trying to sort it out on your own.

Talk to your doctor, I was getting dizzy spells, turned out to be a medical thing.
