Hi

Today I will begin my journey on FitnessPal. I hoped to meet others who might inspire me. I often face problems snacking on junk, teens in the house demand junk food and I have trouble keeping away from it. Any, and all, advice appreciated.

    Welcome to the site! My best advice is to log EVERYTHING you eat, no matter how small.

    Even if you make no changes to your diet whatsoever you'll find that logging everything you eat deters you from eating that entire bag of chips, etc.
