I weighed myself three days ago before work first thing in the morning after bathroom time. Out of curiosity I got on the scale today after my workout this morning and it says I am 2lbs lighter. Im almost sure this is water weight but should I count the lowest weight as my base weight or just chalk it up to daily fluctuation? I usuall weigh once a week. Both weights were on an empty stomach.

I've been told on here to weigh first thing straight after going for your first toliet use. Anything else will be swayed by eating/drinking/working out or even going to the loo.0
