Jillian Michaels?

Over the last 3 months, I've lost a total of about 23 lbs (from 154 to 131) through diet and exercise. I've done everything from Insanity videos to running to strength training, and I basically do whatever the heck I feel like doing to burn calories. However, I really want to start some sort of a program that will help me to lose a little fat and firm up by July. I've heard a TON about 30 Day Shred, and I was wondering what exactly this dvd is, and why it is so effective? Also, I know Jillian Michaels has a ton more videos, so any suggestions as to which would offer the best results would be very appreciated!

Hi there,
I was the same as you about 3 weeks ago and really wanted to focus on toning up. I purchased JM 30 day shred, mainly because of things I have read on here. I would not hesitate in buying it, it is seriously good. I have seen my body change so quickly than with any strength training sessions I have ever done in the gym, and it is only 20 mins so it is really easy to fit into your day.
I was so impressed by this, i recently purchased JM No More Trouble Zones dvd which is a dvd with 7 x six minute circuits which targets different troublesome areas, e.g my muffin top which I am determined to shift!! I now combine this with the 30 day shred dvd by picking and choosing 2 or 3 of the circuits to take my workout to around 40 minutes and the results are great.
Seriously, just buy it, you won't regret it!!0 -
I've done NMTZ and I really liked it. I'm planning on taking your advice and getting 30DS:)0

Hey there! If you go on youtube there is actually the full JM 30 day shred workout available for free. You can always check it out there and decide to buy it later. I'm about to start the shred on the 1st of June, but I'm under the impression that Ripped in 30 is a much harder workout (you might not see as much about it on MFP since it is probably aimed at those who are moderately fit). You might want to check that out too (it isn't on youtube though)!0
