Hey...I'm on this new adventure to lose weight, tone and get in the best shape of my life. I guess you could say I have the diet part down pretty good. It's the working out that's limiting my ability to complete my goals. I guess you could say I'm kind of lazy when it comes to going to the gym. I get bored really easy and have plenty of other more important things to do with my time. I work two jobs and just "can't find time" to exercise. I need a motivational partner who's not so gung ho as to try to kill me during work outs. I want to learn to love working out and need to find that area that appeals to me. I've always hated running. I want to learn to lift weights and get strong. I will also accept advice from those of you who do a great job in the working out department.
