Round butt

I have been lifting for months about 70 pound barbell and my butt is still flat
I have about 20 more pounds to lose but my bottom continues to be a pancake. I do deadlifts, squats and lunges with a barbell. Any advice? Should I just wait it out?

3 times a week usually every other day and I have been increasing the weight. Not sure how many months maybe...4-ish with the barbell. Before then I was lifting with weights that are too light.
I've just seen people who weight lift and how drastically their butts change. I still have a lot of cellulite and my butt is still flat. I know I still have 20 pounds left to lose so maybe that has something to do with it.
I look at my back and I see such a drastic improvement in muscle tone. I can see my back muscles now. But my lower body looks like I don't even lift.0
