I'm 24 and hoping to lose 10-15 lbs. I'm not at a bad weight after I lost 30 lbs last year but I don't want to slide back into being overweight.

I switched to (mostly) clean eating on Friday! By mostly I mean I still eat cheese and drink almond milk every so often. Everything else is 'clean'. I also try to run at least once a week and will try to do some strength training once a week. I'm a grad student. I'm super busy which means a lot of meal prepping and unfortunately some missed workouts. That's why I'm aiming for once a week on the gym front.

Have heard lots of good things about MFP and decided to give it a shot. The weight tracker and check-ins are very motivating.
