Finally Back

After about a 3 month break, i am finally back on MFP. I believed i could be accountable and did not have to track my calories and i'd lose the weight without that. Unfortunately, while i didn't gain any weight (or at least none that was noticable) i was not holding myself accountable for eating the right foods to fuel my body and i have been waivering on my committment to the gym. After 2 weeks of feeling like TOTAL *kitten* (i had a cold which led to me not going to the gym which led me to make really poor food choices) i have decided to come back and restart this week.
I am actually looking forward to my lunch, ive been bringing sandwiches, but this past friday i came across the Spicy Black Bean and Chicken Salad from Starbucks, which was incredible tasty and only about 300 cal. So i decided to make my own, hopefully it tastes almost as good.
