Ive recently started working out like 5 times a week but I'm not seeing the results I want.
I am a 29 yo female and would like to lose about 10-15lbs. The scale has not moved and I know its be of my NYC lifestyle and diet. I need some motivation and only have 5 friends on MFP (that aren't active).
I've tried several diets but have issues with self control lol would love to see what others are eating and what diets have worked for them.
Please add me especially if you are paleo or low carb (this seems to be the only diet that works for my body).
