Strength Training with a Wrist Injury?

Hey,
A couple of weeks ago I injured my wrist (I'm not 100% sure what caused it, but I think I strained it while doing upright rows). It is quite painful to bear any weight with my left hand now, even just picking up a dumbbell triggers some pain.
I usually do a full body resistance routine three times a week, and was wondering how I can best maintain my fitness with this injury? I know I can focus on lower body exercises, but I find those are limited as well because I can't hold any dumbbells or barbells to create adequate resistance.
Are there any particularly effective bodyweight exercises that don't strain the wrist too much? Should I temporarily shift my focus to cardio?
Any advice is appreciated! I hate not being able to do my normal lifting!

What is the diagnosis on the wrist from your doctor?0

there is lower body stuff like pistol squats. I'm going to go ahead and say that every, or very nearly every, upper body exercise is gong to involve your wrist somehow. def go to the doctor and take adaquet time off. its not hard to turn something that should have only been two weeks off into a 6 month + nightmare0

This may be a good time for weight machines. No barbells or dumbbells to hold so you don't risk your wrist. There are even a few upper body machines that you could do since they use the upper/lower arm or torso to push and don't involve the hand/wrist.0

Time to run a squat-only program for a few weeks. Smolov Jr?0
