Stick with it on the weekends

Happy Memorial Day!! It's a long weekend for most, but did you let it take over your success and results or did you stick with your plans?
Don't give into temptation on the weekends and then go backwards on your results for your health and fitness!!! That makes Monday so much harder. Stick with it over the weekend and fight towards self control.
And guess what you don't have to do this alone. Join my next challenge group: Summer's Biggest Loser!!! You would have support for 3 months... that's the entire summer. So during all those weekends away, summer parties, weekends by the pool or beach, BBQ's you would have the support of the group to keep you on track. And then that means you would be that much closer to reaching your goal OR just keep those habits alive.
I have a few spots left and promise you will love doing this. I am looking for a few more people that want to make a change and help doing it.
