You know how you can add calories under quick tools when you already know how many calories you ate and don't want to look up specific foods? Does anyone know a way to just add the amount of calories burned during an exercise without having to pick an exercise? I just go by my heart rate monitor. If they don't have that option on myfitnesspal they should. thoughts?
Have a great eating and working out day! You're one workout away from feeling great.
