Skipping tips.

Hello.

I'm going to start incorparating 30 minutes of skipping into my hour of treadmill cardio regime, as i've heard skipping is great for exercising your entire body and increases your stamina, which will also help me on the treadmill.

As i'm new to skipping though, i'd greatly appreciate any tips for a beginner.

    I recommend Prancercise instead. Best of both worlds.
