Depends on the foods you eat, your size etc. I drink about 75-100 oz a day.0

I have heard that you take your weight and divide by two and thats the amount of water in ounces you need to drink.0

When I started my fitness lifestyle, I was honest with myself, drinking water is the easiest thing we can do for our bodies, minds and to reach goals. So unfortunate to see men and woman marketing "Cleansing" diets/products ect when they have yet to simple drink a gallon of water a day.
16 cups -that's it.
Upon waking I drink 3
Between meals 3.

This is a really good article so hopefully it answers your question. I live in Phoenix so drinking lots of water is an absolute must. I know I sure feel better the more I drink. We make lots of fruit infused waters as honestly we get sick of just plain ol' water because we have to drink so much of it!0
