How does everyone plan on staying on track now that the holidays are nearly here?

    This occurred to me just recently. I don't think I have restricted myself during the holidays. I haven't actually "dieted" all that much, so I am not sure how I will proceed.

    I don't want to slow my loss, but I really enjoy the holidays with all the family special treats. I make candies and cookies, and special glazed meats, and so many other things.

    My internal chatter is something like this:

    Voice#1: It's just one season, stay strong, no treats, and no indulgences.

    Voice#2: Have your treats, but just a bite. Just one bite.

    Voice#3: Cook all the treats, have none until the family gatherings.

    Voice#4: Workout 3 hours a day and go ahead and enjoy the season.

    Sigh - I think 3 & 4 are winning. Making the candies is a huge tradition that only happens during the holidays.
