Greetings

So I've reached the point where I want to be healthier. My doctor says I'm still ok in terms of heart rate, blood pressure, etc. But still I worry. I'm 5'8" and just hit 215lbs. My fiancé just went back to work after being off for health reasons, so I figure this is a good time.

I've logged my exercise from this morn, along with my meals so far (today). Hopefully I will remember to log everything.

I work out before class each morning, and my lunch and breakfast are what I can grab and carry with me through the day without spoilage (although sometimes I get cheap pizza at school, hey how can you beat $2 for a slice?)
