Baker's Cyst

Fluid filled cyst located behind the knee that causes tightness, stiffness and pain. Is their anyone who has, had or have a baker's cyst. I'm having issues with one which I had removed 3years ago and now it's back very hard to walk and had to decreased my exercise limits. Done some research on it again thinking about getting it aspirated not sure what to do any suggestions. Thanks
