MFP and Crossfit

I have been doing cross fit 4 times a week (after the foundation class) and counting calories, for 6 months now. I am getting so frustrated with my results! Or should I say with no results! I have gained weight! And I am not losing inches! Someone please help me! I am 52 yr. old, 5'5" and weigh 155.

I also need to mention, that I was eating 1400 calories a day and have been advised that I need to eat more. So I am now eating 1700 calories a day. Does any one have any advise for me?0
