Hello!
I just recently lost about 19 pounds in 3 months after trying to lose weight unsuccessfully for 11 months post baby. I've been a runner for a very long time but it turns out I was eating excess calories. Excercise is easy for me. It's eating better thats hard. I finally cut back and lost some weight. I feel great and am confident with my body but would still like to get to my pre-baby weight. Good luck to you all!

    Congrats on the 19 pounds and figuring out what needed changed :) I really hope one day I learn to love exercise!

    Welcome! congrats on both new baby and weight loss. Its wonderful when you find out what works for your body. Keep up the good work. BTW are you nursing?
