Swollen fatty areas above collarbones?

Yesterday I noticed I have big fatty looking areas above my collar bones.. Never really noticed before. Is it really fat or are my lymph nodes swollen? I'm freaking out a bit. Anyone else just have plain old fat there?

    do the nodes feel swollen? How do they look and feel exactly?

    It's just a big lump of tissue.. I can't feel nodes (like when my neck nodes get swollen during cold/flu).

    And you never noticed it before? I don't know. Without seeing it I can't really tell what you mean.
