So you like the Keto pizza but it takes too long?

Me too. Baking the base, pulling it out, putting the toppings on, baking it again ... blah, who's got time for that.

So here's what I do:

Mix together 125g Philadelphia Cream Cheese (not the Light crap, full strength), and 2 eggs. Use a stick blender or something.
Add some garlic and italian herbs if you want.
Pour this into a baking paper lined tray (about 20cm x 30cm or 8 in x 12 in).

Slice up tomato, chorizo (or kabana or pepperoni or any other meat/sausage) mushrooms, onion etc.
Arrange on top of the "batter" on the tray. Cover with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes on 180 (350 F) until cheese is brown.

This makes me 3 lunches. It's quick and easy, and tastes great.

I am going to try this! I can see how it forms a "crust". I use two ounces of Cream Cheese and 2 eggs seasoned with a spash of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon to make "pancakes". They of course are not fluffy but they taste like french toast once you add some syrup. I pour mine into a silcone mold that makes the vitatop muffins. This would be perfect for mini "pizza" crusts!

Thanks for your input/comment. You don't record your food at all but your target is nearly 300g carbs a day so why would you comment on a Keto recipe?

It doesn't taste like cream cheese if that helps. Especially if you add the garlic and italian herbs to the base.

Because that's what he does. High carb works for him (of course there's no way to know if that's a real photo of him...hmmm....) thus everyone else is wrong and must be ridiculed. If you think this was inappropriate, don't dare to mention Paleo!

I don't tolerate dairy well but it sure does sound absolutely DELICIOUS and I am going to write it down and try it when I need a real treat.

I made this for dinner last night... I used 2 whole eggs and 2 Oz of Cream cheese blended with oregano, garlic, and onion powder. I cooked mine for 15 minutes then added the topping and then broiled for a few minutes. This made 2 servings for me. I will have this again. It was really good!

I lack the cooking experience to even imagine what the texture of this crust would be like. Comparisons please?

the ones I have made did not crisp up like a crust but I don't know if that was bc I used a silicone baking mold. Next time I try these I will make in a baking dish to see if that will make it a bit more crispy. Mine were soft but not too soft. The texture was not bad in my opinion.
