Weight Watchers to MFP. Lots of points left.

I did WW and liked it at the time. Lost a lot of weight. I gained it back because I stopped paying attention to what I ate. Not ww's fault. I didn't like the meetings...and now in hindsight in trying to eat all low points foods all the time..I was on the road to being under nourished for certain nutrients. WW points at the time took into consideration only calories fat and fiber.0

Just saying, WW and MFP are like apples versus oranges. I would stay with one or the other (I prefer MFP). Either way.....you are doing great!0
