Running - Right leg muscles hurt more than left ones

Hi there!

I'll be brief. On friday 17/10 I got back to running after a year. These first runs are quite easy: less than 4 kms (~2 slightly downhill, ~2 slightly uphill. In this order) and definitely not fast.
The problem is I noted a strange fact: my right leg quad hurts more than my left leg ones. Those are the only muscles that hurt. My calves are definitely fine, my back is fine (apart from an almost imperceptible pain in the musces from my low back zone, but I don't even feel it anymore).
I'm starting wondering if this is due to a wrong running method, or is just normal. Maybe because I'm right-handed? I can't see why this should be relevant, but still.
For complete information, I went out to run three times since friday: Friday 17/10, Saturday 18/10 and today (Tuesday 21/10) and the route was always the same at the same hour of the day: around 6:20AM.

Any idea about what could be the reason and maybe how to fix the problem?

Thanks in advance!
