Chicken breast has been a major part of my diet since I started my weight loss journey. I used to buy at my local butcher and from mfp database, I used to select Asda chicken breast to add it to my diary. The nutrition info is as below.
Now I started buying chicken from musclefood.com and they advertise the below nutrition info.
My meal usually consists of 200gms chicken, but the calorie content and the protein content is a lot different. Now I don't understand which one to use for tracking calories. Anyone has any idea?
