Basic Question on Jogging/Running & Toning

Hi all,
After a long hiatus from exercise (6mths), I have started jogging. I am going for a 60min jog 1 day per week and a 30min jog 1 day per week. And walking 60min another 3 days per week. I jog 8.3km/h and walk 6.5km/h.
Assuming for the sake of the question that my calorie intake was on equilibrium with expenditure, could you expect to notice a change in body shape and tone?
I'm just wondering whether you can become leaner/toned without weight loss through diet or weight training or what sort of effect, if any, this level of cardio alone could have on my body shape.
Thanks!

Likely to have no effect. You are basically asking if you can re-comp without strength training.0

Your leg muscles might get a little more toned.... I wouldn't expect to see many changes though, if you're doing it 2x a week and eating back the calories.0
