I have a habit of eating sweets when I'm stressed with school, is there and alternative(or is this the same question again XD). Any recommendations are fine with me please and thank you.

Yes, whenever you are stressed or anxious, go for a walk or exercise. Even if you are heads down in the books, take 15 minutes every two hours and sweat or walk outside. Challenge yourself.0

I sometimes have success swapping tea or minty gum for the sweets. Gives my mouth something to do without consuming a ton of calories. I've also found turning on my favorite music and dancing, or taking a long hot bath sometimes helps. And this might sound ridiculous, but they do sell "chew toys" for humans. My son chews everything when he's stressed, and we bought him one of those and it has helped enormously by giving him an outlet for his stress chewing where he isn't destroying his clothes/eating his pencil/etc. I think they even come flavored Just some ideas.0

I second the idea of going for a walk or doing a workout. It seems to work for me!0
