I have been on track and losing a consistent pound of fat each week by following the amount of food I need to do that, getting plenty of sleep when I can, being as active as possible, taking the best vitamins and pro-biotics, and eating organics and local. To get there I have been working diligently for 10 years. It took five of those years to figure out what was causing plateaus, gains, bloating, etc. The key is the number of years from when you were fit to flab is the number of years to really lose the fat. It requires changes and new habits that people are way too stubborn or lazy to do.
