My old tricks don't seem to work

I have lost weight before (several times actually) eating very clean and low calorie, usually around 1100 a day. Inevitably the weight loss does not last and I quickly gain it back when I let loose a little which leads to full on bingeing. This time around I want to make better choices so that the weight loss can be more permanent. I am trying to eat around 1300 calories a day (I'm 5'6", work a desk job but get some sort of exercise in 5-6 times a week). I feel like my body isn't doing anything and I have been stuck at the exact same weight for weeks. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Find your TDEE. Subtract 20%. Do not eat less than that.
Success!
Chances are, 1300 calories is way too low for you. I'm 5'4 at 144 pounds, 30 years old and I need about 1700 with 3-5 days of moderate exercise.0 -
Are you measuring all liquids and weighing all solids? If you aren't, start there.
Are you using accurate entries in your diary? Double check everything you log per the label and/or the USDA's food guide.
Barring any medical issues, you should lose if you are truly eating a deficit. The two above recommendations can help you make sure you are in a deficit.0
