Help!!

Ive been losing weight successfully for the last few months (10kg). ive had a couple of weeks (1 was last week) where i didnt go to the gym and i ate loads of crap. So i did a 2 day water fast and ate healthily for 2 more days. I weighed myself as usual on the monday morning and had only gained 3 pounds. I could live with that. (after my last 3 week time off, i lost 3kg of the 4 i gained in one week - obviously water weight)
Today, in the morning, i looked pretty lean and much like i did before. At around 2, after having a bath, i had tons of very loose fat all over my body that i could grab. I've been drinkng around 6 litres of water a day. I'm hoping it's just water retention or the 'whoosh' effect (that ive just read about). It freaked my out though!!
any ideas??

Im not entirely sure what you are asking. But if you just feel like youve gained weight by looking in the mirror it is most likely your mind playing games with you. It happens to everyone and we all have our confident days and our self conscious days. My only suggestion would be to not view this as a diet but as a life change. So dont cut out everything on the planet that you think is unhealthy but if you feel like something that you normally shouldnt eat just plan ahead and make it fit your macros and calories. that will prevent you from gaining back all the hard work youve put in and will eliminate your need to go on week long binges.0
