Almost halfway toward my weight loss goal.

I am a 47 yr old man and from 19 to 42 years old I was never heavier than 190 lbs. I weighed 228.5 lbs a month ago and I am now down to 211 with 26 lbs to go. Started with this site last week and will now try working with 12's. Daily no more than 1,200 calories, 12 g fat, 1200 mg sodium and burn at least 1200 calories a week with exercise. So many people in here help to inspire each other to avoid giving in to temptations.
