Hi there MFP. I am once again looking for some new friends. My name is Dave and I have been here for over 1000 days. I had great success in the beginning. Then had a low or a treading of water so to speak for over a year. Now I am refocused and doing a Whole60 day challenge. So far I am on my 16th day and still going strong! If anyone would like some support please add me.

Congrats on your decision. I just finished Whole30 last Friday. Bottom line-dropped 17 lbs. Feel much better...no more sugar "hangovers."

So how's it going so far?
