Copycat for Vigo Mexican rice?
I really miss my Vigo flavored rices. I've been avoiding them though for 2 reasons. 1) The sodium. 2) I'm just cooking for me and I can't eat that much rice, even over the course of a few days.
Does anybody have a copycat recipe for Vigo's mexican rice? I know it's just spices, but I don't know what spices they are. I've also fallen in love with brown rice, and I know using that would alter the taste a little, but not enough for me to really care.
