Where is the recipe builder?

When I was on MFP a few years ago, i could enter all the items into a recipe builder to get a calorie count for a specific meal i made (like soup). Where is it? I cant figure out why i cant find it now. Thanks!

EDIT: nevermind. I figured it out. they mustve changed the way its done
