suggesion for losing fat from arm and thigh

Hi,
I am short (5' 1") and 167lb right now and on my way to 140lb (from 175lb). I have always felt that my waist is okay but have lots of fat built up on my upper arms and thighs/hips area. Any exercise suggestion to help out with those areas?

All you can do is lose weight....it will come off where it wants to. This is hereditary. Use exercise for all over - exercise for fitness. Exercise for good health. Spot reduction only happens thru surgery.

Cardio for all over loss, to tone it up so it appears firmer and smoother tricep dips and squats are easy and can be done anywhere0
