Macros

I workout a lot. Both cardio and strength train. What percent macros do most of you big timer exercisers use? I don't like the ones mfp gave me. I don't feel they're accurate for me. I go way over my protein allowance ( I'm a protein powder user). Mfp allows for ALOT of carbs( after i excercise they say i can have between 250-300 grams). So I eat them because it says I can but I think it's too much and all thoughs carbs are making me hungry and bloated. Suggestions to change my percentage please.
