Healthy eating is very subjective, as many people believe that means going low fat or going low carb, or whatever else. But you'll find lots of people with plenty of recipes and kitchen tips here: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/recipes0

Just google "low calorie recipes" and you will get more results than you could possibly try in a lifetime.
Soups and salads are great healthy, low calorie meals. Think beyond just lettuce for the salads, add boiled eggs, cooked meat, cheese, grains, avocado, nuts, seeds, beans, .. whatever you like that fits within your goals. Salad dressings are super easy to make, and if you want it fat-free, just try sprinkling on a little citrus juice or baslmic vinegar.
Get some of the lower calorie wraps or tortillas and throw all the salad ingredients in for a low calorie sandwich.0 -
Simple go to meals for me are:
Salads with a protein + healthy fat.
Meat with grilled vegetables.
Roast meat with vegetables.
Lentil/chilli stew.
Seafood with fresh pasta.
Lean turkey burger with sweet potato chips.
Oatmeal.
Eggs on toast.
Basically anything that fits into my calories/macros.0
