Chocolate, ice cream, pizza, burgers, bacon, bread, cake.... why do I punish myself so much?

That's great for people who don't eat things they don't like. Unfortunately, some of us only really like cheeseburgers and realize that is unreasonable.

Cucumbers, tomatoes, and mushrooms are high on my list of things I'm trying to eat but do not really like.

Non. I pretty much like most foods. I can't even think of one food I dislike right now.

Ok there's a difference between 'not liking' something and not caring for it.

I don't care for veggies but I still eat them. But I wouldn't say I don't like them. I don't mind eating them, just definitely not my favorite thing to eat... Surely nobody 'doesn't like' ALL veggies. I don't eat the veggies I don't like because there's no reason to.

Broccoli or Cauliflower - I eat them if they're covered in sauce, otherwise... I don't cook them. Also, I'm not very keen on coconut, but if it's with mixed nuts or whatever I'll eat it.

Mine would be tomatos. I do not really like them, mainly because of there texture, but I know they have great health benefits so I put them in my salads that I eat for lunch.

Anyone else have a food they dont like but they eat it any way?

    CARROTS coloflower and sometimes broccoli

I don't loooove tofu, but it's good when my husband cooks it certain ways so I do eat it. I like that it has a lot of protein. I could live without a lot of vegetables tbh...but have learned to tolerate and mildly like them. I'll eat most any veggie, but most are not my top choice foodwise, I'd say primarily I eat them for the nutritional benefits.
