Insanity..last week!

Today I start my last week of Insanity! I can't believe it is the last week! Then it is on to Asylum! I would love to meet other friends doing Insanity or Asylum! :)

    A friend and I are doing insanity. He completed it last summer and we're going at it this summer together. We're on wk 4. So far its been great. We meet up at a park b/w us at 6am and do it off my ipad. We haven't figured out what we'll do once its over. Maybe I'll get back to running and sprinkle insanity in on alternate days.
