How many calories does the T25 insanity DVDs burn?

    It's quite hard to get a solid answer as there are lots of different factors like your height, weight, effort.

    T25 Insanity?

    MFP database will give you an estimate, but I'd only eat 75% of it back just to be sure.

    I'm 5ft 7 and 196lbs and I've been burning an average of 240 calories in T25 Alpha according to my HRM. Will have to see what happens when I start Beta tomorrow.

    But like above, it really varies from person to person.

    I'm about the same height and weight and I range between 250 - 350 depending on the amount of effort I give it and depending on which T25 workout I do.
