About to get off work soon and I can't decide if I want to workout or not. I woke up today with a scratchy throat, sneezing, and I feel fatigued. I feel sleepy...
I can go to the gym but I don't know if I could give it my all. I like to go heavy on my weights esp when trying to build muscle.
Would it be worthless? I'm afraid of skipping a day would delay progress. It's leg day by the way: squats, deadlift, etc.

For cardio the rule is "don't exercise if your symptoms are below the neck"- ie sniffy nose and sore throat are ok , chest infection/cough not ok. Not sure if that applies to weights though.0
