What would my exercise level be??

I play football for 1 hour on a wednesday, hrm says I burn 1000 cals. I weight train 3-4 days a week for 30-40 mins. I also run 4 miles1-2 times a week. I am unemployed but I have 2 kids so I do spend time running around with them. I set myself at 3-5 moderately active using scooby but does this seem about right? Just trying the tdee method and don't want to start it wrong. Thanks

    Go with it, and if you don't lose weight after a month drop down a level.
