Hoping to see if anyone knows of any Hardcore Gyms on the East Side of Melbourne, looking for somewhere with outdoor area, battle ropes, sprint sleds.. that sort of thing.

    Are there any Gym Jones affiliates there? If so that would be my first place to try out.

    It's as hardcore as you get, similar to CrossFit but the two systems are in a war of words at best of times.
