You really SHOULD take a photo

I didn't. I REALLY regret it. Especially since, because I hated the way I looked, I rarely let anyone take a pic of me when I was over 200lbs. Now I am 10 lbs from goal weight and the only photos I can find of me over 200 were shot when I was in the hospital in traction after a car accident. My face is covered in bruises and, well, no thanks. So if you are just starting, do yourself a favor and take some shots of yourself. Just sayin'. Carry on!

Good advice. I was the same way about not letting any pics of myself survive. When I weigh on Halloween I should be over half way to my goal and I was going to post a progress thread. I was able to find a "fat" pic of myself on my aunt's facebook page from a family get together. It hurts to look at it, but I'm glad I found it.

    Nope. Not into photos.
Certainly do not need to remember an unhappy time.

Great advice. Sometimes if you feel like you have not lost any weight you can go back and look to see how far you have come.
