You really SHOULD take a photo

I didn't. I REALLY regret it. Especially since, because I hated the way I looked, I rarely let anyone take a pic of me when I was over 200lbs. Now I am 10 lbs from goal weight and the only photos I can find of me over 200 were shot when I was in the hospital in traction after a car accident. My face is covered in bruises and, well, no thanks. So if you are just starting, do yourself a favor and take some shots of yourself. Just sayin'. Carry on!

Good advice. I was the same way about not letting any pics of myself survive. When I weigh on Halloween I should be over half way to my goal and I was going to post a progress thread. I was able to find a "fat" pic of myself on my aunt's facebook page from a family get together. It hurts to look at it, but I'm glad I found it.0

Nope. Not into photos.
Certainly do not need to remember an unhappy time.0 -
Great advice. Sometimes if you feel like you have not lost any weight you can go back and look to see how far you have come.0
