i find it really interesting that my BMF does not respect the work I do in spin class. I work my a** off and BMF says "meh, moderate work." Do others find this?

are you putting it on your leg? i have not tried myself (don't do much spinning) but on their website they say to put it on the leg when biking.0

As my mom always used to say "when all else fails, read the directions"! I did not see that. Thanks!0

Yes, when you put it on your calf you will be delighted with your spin class results!0

I could not find on their website where they said to wear it on your leg. I did read about how they tested different placement of the monitor and that the back of the arm was the best spot. I just can't see how putting it on your leg would be accurate if its built for arm placement.0

I had read that on another thread that it said that on their page. I haven't had reason to check myself since I don't spin lol I guess try what that says and hopefully it works0
