I have 2 stomachs!!! Gross!! I have the not as delicious version of muffin top (top of the muffin to you!!!!) I also have the lower belly as well. Before I gained my weight I was an extreme hourglass!! Bangin back then but now not so much. Has anyone had this and lost it?? It is so frustrating. I havelost 35 pounds and am still wearing maternity jeans!!

    I take it you have kids right? I have heard that once a woman has children, the weight will come off but it takes a lot of work to get rid of that second stomach. I have three kids so it is going to take me a long time to get rid of that second stomach I fear. Maybe try doing a lot of reverse crunches? Jillian has a move on 30DS that is supposed to target that area. Maybe check that out?

    I also agree with reverse crunches, add planks, push ups, side planks, squats, and lunges. Any exercise that targets your lower abs will help along with losing more fat. My stomach was like a B. It folded at my belly button, with a big pouch of fat above and below. While I am still working on it, it has greatly improved. I actually like looking at my tummy now. Strengthening those muscles from the inside out will really improve the appearance, especially as you get closer to your weight goal.

    Edited to add: I didn't check your food log, so I don't know if this applies to you, but I have also noticed that when I eat a lot of bread and pastas, I get a large bloated look to my tummy. When I cut the bread stuff out and stick to a whole wheat flat bread or pita bread, no large tummy. So it could help to review your diet for things that may be irritating you.

    Thanks ladies. I had a C Section 7 months ago and i carried really low so my bottom pooch got really big!! My goal was to have all of the baby weight gone by the time my son turns 1 (Oct. 24th). I have 20 pounds to reach that goal. I would like to be able to wear jeans, REAL jeans by then!!! I have just started the reverse crunches. Hopefully that will help some!!!
