eating out a lot but losing weight?

Hello everybody!
so recently I've noticed that my jeans have been significantly looser than usual. I checked my weight and it says I've stayed the same. I've been eating out ALOT (like 2/3 meals a day) and drinking quite alot of coffee. I'm a full time university student and work two part time jobs so i never have time to make home made meals anymore. Its been like this for 3 months now. My bowel movements are also really limited. So why is it that my clothes are so much looser (even my belt is unable to hold my pants up anymore haha) even though the scale is the same and I've been eating alot so much???

    For you to lose weight, you must be eating less than you think!

    Ps) Log everything you eat for one day, the 2 or 3 meals a day, coffee's etc - How many calories do you come too?

    What's your stats now?
