3 days in!

So I'm just 3 days in and I've finally realized just how much I actually eat! Luckily I love to exercise, so I've found it easier to just exercise a lot and only curtail my eating a little :). I'm hoping to drop those last 10 lbs by July o I can finally feel good about my body

    Personally, you should feel good about your body already! Losing weight is not a short term thing and then you're done, you're making life style changes to be healthy for life! Working a little harder to lose the weight is needed, but we still need to focus on health so we don't gain it back. With that said. You've done great so far and should feel amazing about that, self happiness is so extremely important when it comes to changes. You have to really want something for you, and not as a self image perceived from others. I could be reading your post and be way out in left field... but anyway, find that inner happiness, it will help you to get to your goal and then into maintenance. You deserve this for you!
