Keeping myself on track (and creating a kind-of new hybrid diet)

I'm creating a hybrid diet.

I need to lose around two dress sizes, hopefully quickly. I don't usually struggle to maintain weight, but I've put quite a bit on while in hospital, and it looks dreadful.

I've managed to injure myself just about everywhere because I'm too weak and disabled to exercise, so I'm doing a kind-of eating plan/exercise when I can, thing.

Last week I fasted every day until teatime, and then had a normal meal. On Monday I did 30-day shred, and on Tuesday I did insanity (cardio special), but that pretty much killed me and I spent the rest of the week struggling to move.

Monday I didn't eat until tea again, and then had spaghetti on toast. Yesterday I had cereal at mid-day (weighed out!) and chicken for tea. Today I'm aiming to just have tea again.

I managed a walk/run yesterday, but I don't know if I will today, the cold is affecting my arthritis. I'll probably do a 10-minute kickboxing workout at the minimum.

I'm ending every day with 100 bicycle crunches, and aiming to do sit-ups, too.

So far, I'm not sure if I look any different. Maybe a little, nothing overly noticeable.

My stomach is rumbling a lot now though, so I'm drinking a lot of water, and counting down until 6pm!
